Our Frequently Asked Questions

At the moment, we have Edunex, a comprehensive software solution that provides effective school management and automation for schools. However, with more solutions such as Smart Invoice, SMS Connect, and Cloud ERPs coming soon, we are sure to have a solution for you.
You can simply sign up for free and get started with your NexGen Account. From your dahsboard you can choose a product/service you need, and you can get started with your subscription by following the steps. It literally takes a few minutes to get started.
Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an email with your access details. It takes just up to 5 minutes to have your system ready for use.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account, go to your subscription page, and click the cancel button. Your ongoing subscription will run until its end before you lose access.
The Edunex System is a comprehensive software solution that provides effective school management and automation for schools. It includes features such as student management, staff management, event management, parent dashboards, notice boards reporting, payments and more. Payments

We support Airtel money, MTN Momo and card payments. All payments are done seamlessly thrugh a secure payment gateway and the process is designed with self service in mind at all times so you can star and complete your payment in a few minutes.
You'll receive an email from Next Generation Systems for any payments you make on any of our systems
