Getting started
Right now we have Edunex, a comprehensive solution for
effective school management and automation. More products — Smart Invoice, SMS Connect, and
Cloud ERPs — are on the way, so we’re confident we’ll have a fit for you.
Simply sign up for free to create your Nexgen account. From
your dashboard you can pick the product you need and follow the steps to start your subscription. It
takes just a few minutes to get going.
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with your access details. Your system is
typically ready for use within five minutes.
You can cancel at any time. Log in to your account, go to your subscription page, and click cancel.
Your current subscription stays active until the end of its term before access ends.
Edunex covers student management, staff management, event management, parent dashboards, notice
boards, reporting, payments, and more. You can explore the full feature set on the

Payments
We support Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, and card payments. Every payment runs through a secure gateway, and
the whole flow is built for self-service — so you can start and finish in a few minutes.
You’ll receive an email from Next Generation Systems for any payment you make on any of our
systems.
For a refund, reach out using the contacts on our contact
page. If you need technical help with a product first, get in touch — we’ll see if we can
resolve the issue for you.
